I get really nervous before an important race.

When I see someone's training menu and running distance on social media, it makes me feel anxious.

There is a part of me that can't be happy when someone beats their personal best. I don't really like myself on days when I can't run, and I hate myself for not being able to go for a morning run.
It is undeniable that this "dark" side is also a part of being a runner. Instead of trying to separate it from the rest, I think it's important to "accept the chaotic state as it is."
