The reason I started running again after a long time.

VRWC (Vitality Run & Walk Challenge) is an online running and walking event that started in October 2020 and is held on the fourth Saturday of every month, and is free for anyone to participate in.

Participants can challenge themselves to run or walk from 5km to 21km at any time and place on the day of the event. As it allows participants to exercise safely and securely while avoiding crowds even during the COVID-19 pandemic, it has become one of Japan's largest virtual run and walk events, with a total of 226,000 people participating to date.

In this event, participants who upload GPS recorded data from various smartphone apps or wearable devices after completing the race or walk will be issued an original digital certificate of completion. There will also be a chance to win items that promote healthy living, such as running shoes and watches, in a lottery.
