"Ultimate ASO" is an item selected by ultra runner Myako. I will tell you the recommended points that only a regular user can give.

Why I started using it

I first encountered them at their booth at ITJ in 2019.
I initially bought them because I thought they might work as socks for trail running, but once I started using them I really liked the compression and how dry they kept me dry even when I sweated, so I've started using them not only for trail running, but also for marathons.

The thinness and compression are just right. When racing, shoes are important, but I think the right socks are just as important. Ultimate ASO socks go well with any shoes, and they don't feel awkward when you put them on, which is unique to five-toed socks, and I like how they fit my feet like they're one with them.
Of course, I wear other OLENO socks, but these are my go-to for races.

Favorite points

I like how thin it is, with just the right amount of compression and arch support that's not too strong, making it perfect for racing. I also like how it sticks to my toes when I wear it, without any stress.
