The Ghost model was launched in 2008 and has since received high praise, winning the prestigious Editors' Award nine times from Runner's World magazine. A new model with a thick sole and MAX cushioning has been released.

The biggest feature of the Ghost Max is its thick sole. In order to protect the body from joint pain and injuries that occur during running and long-term exercise, the unique midsole material is the thickest in the series' history. It reduces pressure on the soles of the feet and provides a soft feel.
In addition, the midsole drop has been designed to be 6mm, half that of the previous Ghost model, and the sole structure called "Glide Roll Rocker" smoothly guides the center of gravity to move, providing a feeling of ease while maintaining stability.
