The GEL-KAYANO series has evolved further to promote stability from the heel to the midfoot.
From light running to full marathons, the GEL-KAYANO 30 is designed to provide superior stability and cushioning. The new "4D Guidance System" provides adaptive stability. This foam part located inside the midsole helps restore the arch position after each ground impact, supporting a more efficient run.
The midsole is also equipped with FF BLAST PLUS ECO cushioning. This foam material is about 24% bio-based, providing soft cushioning while being environmentally friendly. PureGEL technology is placed in the heel area and is about 65% softer than conventional visible GEL technology.
The further evolved GEL-KAYANO 30 ensures a smooth running experience even during long distance runs.
4D GUIDANCE SYSTEM™ changes "support" to "rebound"
This model adopts the "4D GUIDANCE SYSTEM™." The shoe is designed to bounce back the foot that collapses inward, supporting a highly energy-efficient form even at the end of the run when fatigue sets in.
Takehisa Fujiwara, a familiar shoe advisor on the Runtrip Channel, has reviewed the shoe, saying that it is recommended for runners who suffer from pain on the inside of the knee, ankle, hip, or shin splints, as it prevents excessive inward collapse.
