    Four unique Polar tests give you different ways to know your aerobic fitness level.

    • Easy | Polar Fitness Test

    Your VO2max (maximum oxygen uptake) tells you a lot about your aerobic fitness. The higher your aerobic fitness, the stronger and more efficient your heart is working.
    The Fitness Test is a simple test that takes only 5 minutes. No special equipment is required. Just lie down and test your fitness level with the watch to estimate your VO2max. It will automatically calculate your resting heart rate, heart rate variability, and your physical information (gender, age, height, weight) and training frequency.

    • Normal | Walking test

    The walking test is very simple to perform and allows you to easily estimate your aerobic fitness level (aerobic capacity) based on your VO2max (maximum oxygen uptake).
    By walking at a brisk pace on flat ground for 15 minutes, data is calculated that reflects the distance walked, your heart rate during the test, and your physical information (gender, age, height, weight).

    The Cycling Performance Test helps you track your progress, personalize your power zones and find out your FTP (functional fitness level).
    This test requires a compatible power meter.

    Highly accurate GPS

    With a newly designed antenna with improved accuracy, you can record your route anywhere. A stylish, lightweight body with a simple plastic ring built in. This ring works in conjunction with the built-in GPS to boost antenna reception.
    Supports auxiliary GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and QZSS (Michibiki) satellite systems for faster correction, allowing you to catch location information anywhere in the world.

    A guide to the shortest route back to the starting point. It shows you the direction to go and the correct route with an arrow, and also displays the distance between your current location and your destination. You don't have to worry about not knowing the way home.

    You can check detailed data analysis based on the automatically recorded speed, distance, and altitude. "Hill Splitter™ automatic ascent and descent measurement" automatically detects ascent and descent points from speed and distance information obtained from GPS and barometric altitude data.
    It analyzes detailed performance data such as the distance traveled, speed and percentage of ascent and descent during your session and adapts to the terrain you're training in.

    Running Index/Compare your running level with data
    The wrist-based running power function calculates the effort required for each segment of your run and adjusts the intensity of your workout to help you reach your goal.

    After every run, you'll get a Running Index score that measures your heart rate and speed. It gives you a numerical indication of your progress, and helps you compare your aerobic fitness level with other people in your age, gender and other categories.
    Running Index estimates your maximum aerobic capacity, so you can also find out your approximate completion time for common running distances (from 5K to full marathon).

    Plan ahead with run, rest interval training and set heart rate, speed and power targets for guided running sessions.

    Plan your training in advance and save it in your training diary, tailored to your individual training goals. When you start training, the device will guide you through the training session, allowing you to focus on the task at hand.
    You can plan interval training by setting heart rate, speed and power targets, or you can set simple training goals like "burn 700 kcal cycling" or "run for 30 minutes". The device will tell you when to slow down or speed up to make sure you stay on track.
