A versatile pair of shoes that are easy to control speed

The midsole uses Mizuno Energy lite+, which has high resilience, in the upper layer and Mizuno Energy, which provides stability, in the lower layer. This versatile shoe provides stability when the foot touches the ground while also generating high resilience.

Sole

The midsole foam has a two-layer structure with a nylon WAVE PLATE reinforced with fiberglass sandwiched in between.

The upper layer is the first to feature MIZUNO ENERZY LITE+, the same material as WAVE REBELLION PRO 2, providing excellent cushioning and rebound while remaining lightweight. The lower layer uses MIZUNO ENERZY FOAM.

Although the resilience is low, it is softer, so it is especially recommended for runners who have a problem with losing speed in the second half of a race with high-resilience shoes. The plate sandwiched between the shoes is not a carbon plate, but is designed to be gentler on the feet.

The sole is thick, with a forefoot thickness of 35.5mm and a rear foot thickness of 36.0mm (27.0cm), making it easy to handle. Recommended for full marathon races, speed training, and long distance running.

The racing last is fitted with lightweight air mesh, and the inner strap prevents the upper from stretching even during high-speed races.
