The lightweight mesh upper boasts improved breathability, and is designed to combine the extremely light LIGHTSTRIKE 2.0 and LIGHTSTRIKE PRO foams. This hybrid shoe is designed for racing at high speed, but also durable enough to withstand daily training.

The midsole is equipped with an updated ENERGYTORSION ROD 2.0. It also features a new third rod that connects the midfoot to the forefoot, providing a bouncy push-off.

The result is a running shoe with a soft stiffness that enhances power transfer, allowing you to run faster and longer than ever before.

Excellent ground contact! Recommended for speed training

The ADIZERO JAPAN series provides a running experience with a sense of contact with the ground. This model is equipped with a "TORSIONRODS" bar that is divided into three parts. You can feel a sense of stability and moderate flexibility along with a sense of contact with the ground. Runtrip Channel's familiar shoe advisor, Takehisa Fujiwara, has reviewed the shoe, saying that it is recommended for speed training, such as interval running, where you run short distances repeatedly.
