The ADIZERO BOSTON 12 is a shoe designed for medium to long distance running. The propulsive force generated by the ENERGYRODS 2.0 made of glass fiber brings the feeling of running on race day to training and reduces energy loss in the soles of the feet.

There's no compromise on speed or durability, and the midsole combines incredibly lightweight LIGHTSTRIKE PRO cushioning with highly durable LIGHTSTRIKE 2.0 EVA.

LIGHTSTRIKE 2.0 EVA for improved cushioning

Uses durable LIGHTSTRIKE 2.0 EVA. Compared to the previous model, the cushioning has been improved, while providing a comfortable bounce even during high-intensity training such as racing. Runtrip's familiar shoe advisor Takehisa Fujiwara also describes the running comfort as "The sense of landing stability is good, but the bounce comes first."

Full-length fiberglass "ENERGYRODS 2.0"

The five-fingered fiberglass "ENERGYRODS" have been upgraded to full length in this model. They increase rigidity and provide resilience. Fujiwara says, "I would like runners who are aiming for a time better than sub-4 to wear these in full marathons."
