ITEM REVIEW vol.1｜Socks by Features

This year, we have decided to provide item reviews to further encourage a "lifestyle that includes running."
Runtrip Store creates and selects items that we want so that everyone can enjoy running freely. In the item review article,

What is "Feetures", the number one sock brand in the United States?
Feetures is a hugely popular sports socks brand in the running powerhouse that is the United States. It was founded in 2002 by Hugh Gaither, himself a runner.
"So that runners will love it for decades to come"
With this wish in mind, the brand was named "Feetures."
Why we choose Fetures
1. Stress-free comfort
You'll want to wear them even on days when you think, "I'll take a break from running today," and sometimes wearing Features makes you feel like, "Maybe I should go for a little run today after all."
Another attractive feature of the MINI CREW series is its design, which can be seamlessly incorporated into your daily fashion coordination.
It's great to be able to wear it for more than just running.
2. Functionality to support the running of all runners
"Socks are fine!"
However, socks, which connect the only equipment a runner has to their running shoes, are a very important item for enjoying running for a long time.
What I find particularly great is that the heel part stays in place and doesn't get stuffy even when worn for a long time.
I often wear the same socks I wear for my morning run until my evening bath time, and my feet stay comfortable all day.
*I haven't tested it because I take showers in the summer, but I'm sure it's fine... (laughs)
3. It lasts a long time
I first came across Feetures socks in the summer of 2019.
I bought the ELITE LIGHT CUSHION NO SHOW TAB in Black and Morning Mist , and they are still in good condition (I've been wearing them for over 3 years!).
Feetures uses recycled polyester and is committed to reducing waste during manufacturing, so they wrote that their products are "sustainable," including the fact that they last a long time.
However, it's hard to imagine what it means to be "sustainable" (laughs). And even if a product is sustainable, if it doesn't last a long time, I don't think it can be called a "sustainable product."
Use one item for a long time with love.
I believe this is also a great example of sustainable consumption.

These can basically be worn all year round. The cushion is just the right thickness, so if you're not sure which one to buy, choose LIGHT CUSHION .

This lineup is recommended for people who:
- I sweat a lot so I don't like thick socks.
- I want to wear shoes that feel as close to barefoot as possible (I like thin shoes)
I also tend to sweat a lot on my feet, so I wear these a lot in the middle of summer!

As the name suggests, this product contains merino wool. It is softer to wear, has excellent heat retention and quick-drying properties.
